Compare the recess with the tested frame section
Record the measured recess opening, usable depth, frame back, intended cable exit and nearby obstructions. Mark which dimensions changed since the bench sample. Confirm space for the chosen bar, lens, connector and mounting parts using their actual dimensions; the nominal recess depth is not the usable optical depth.
Check how components leave the installed frame
Before approving the component order, draw the service opening and removal path for the selected source and its mating cable. Account for fixings and adjacent finishes that may restrict access. After qualified assembly and wiring checks, review the actual printed face in the installed configuration. Recess fit does not establish electrical compliance or prove the same illumination as an unobstructed bench sample.

Can a successful bench sample approve a recessed installation?
No. Installation boundaries can alter available depth, cable access and removal space. Compare the recess with the trial assembly and test the intended configuration before accepting the LED arrangement.

These are internal light sources, not complete retail fixtures. Disconnect power before service. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity; confirm power and hardware separately. The featured 10W DC-plug bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks. Do not transfer the limit to other models.
