Specify the housing and usable mounting length
Measure the frame channel, lens clearance, mounting points and internal obstructions. Compare aluminum-housed perimeter modules with exposed rigid bars. Select a listed length that fits the drawing; a product described as custom does not mean any requested size is a standard variant.
Confirm the cable exit before the frame is built
The highlighted aluminum-profile module has a standard 32cm lead exiting at the left end on the bottom side. Mark the required exit on the drawing. Obtain confirmation for a different direction before ordering, then test access for assembly and service.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- Aluminum-profile modules: 574–964mm, 22–32W, DC24V, 40.7×17mm housing and 14°×47° lens.
- Edge-lit family: 170/370/965mm at 3.5/7/21W, DC24V and 10°×60° lens; select the fitting length.
- Compact 12W bar: 313mm, DC24V, 1200lm ±10% and 9°×50° lens for limited mounting space.
Can I leave the wire-exit direction unspecified?
Confirm it before ordering the profile module. The standard exit may not suit a closed frame channel; alternative routing requires project confirmation.

These are internal DC24V edge-lighting components, not complete frames. The profile module and 3.5W/7W/21W family exclude the driver. Verify power, connectors, polarity and mounting. The 313mm bar allows at most 6 per run; approve the actual graphic sample before production.
