Sign Print & Pack Denmark connects print, signage and display professionals. This collection helps lightbox manufacturers plan accessible frame wiring, choose bar lengths around internal obstructions and evaluate supplemental light in corners of indoor SEG displays.
Plan the frame sections and cable route together
Measure clear mounting lengths after allowing for braces, sockets and cable bends. Compare a 360mm dual-end DC-socket bar with shorter 143mm, 270.5mm and 398mm modular options. Draw the feed points and service access before fixing the bar positions. A DC plug describes the connection format; it does not establish that different products or existing harnesses are electrically compatible.
Add corner light after testing the main layout
Build the primary edge-lighting layout and inspect it with the final fabric graphic. If an obstruction or short frame section leaves a darker area, evaluate a compact corner module as a supplementary source. Check mounting direction and match the selected color-temperature range to the main bars. A corner module does not replace the primary system or guarantee correction of every dark area.

- 10W DC-plug edge-lit bar: 360mm, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° lens and dual-end DC sockets. Check plug dimensions and service access.
- 3W/6W/9W modular edge-lit bars: 143mm / 270.5mm / 398mm, DC24V and 15°×60° optics. Choose the exact length/power variant; external driver is not included.
- 8W supplementary corner module: 202×24×16mm, DC24V, 600–700lm and 10°×40° lens. Molex 5557 / Mini-Fit Jr., 2-pin; external driver is not included.
Can every DC24V bar share the same daisy chain?
No. Verify the mating plug, pinout, polarity and model-specific connection limit. The 360mm DC-plug model lists up to six bars; the 3W/6W/9W modular range lists no more than five. Driver capacity, cable rating and voltage drop may require a lower count. The corner model uses a different connector family.
Before ordering
All three selections are edge-lit or supplementary edge-light sources, even though the modular product title uses the word backlight. Confirm the ordered length/power variant, total DC24V load and external driver. Record the tested layout and required mating cables; do not choose quantity from wattage alone.
Send a frame sketch showing clear lengths, braces, cable routes and the darker area, together with the graphic type, product links and quantity. Use our contact page to review the proposed parts before placing a production order.
