Measure the visible face separately from the outer frame
Mark the visible graphic opening, opaque border, braces and intended bar positions on a frame section and face drawing. Outer dimensions do not describe the whole illuminated aperture. Confirm where the frame conceals the graphic and where mounting parts may obstruct the light path.
Review the border with the intended graphic and frame
After qualified assembly and wiring checks, compare the finished illuminated face with the intended material. Review both the centre and the visible perimeter under agreed conditions. Bar wattage alone cannot guarantee a shadow-free border; graphics, optics and frame obstructions can affect the result.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 7W mini edge-lit bar: 200×23×16mm, DC24V, 770lm and standard 20°×60° optics; verify available mounting and removal space.
- 10W DC-plug edge-lit bar: 360×26×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° optics and dual-end DC sockets.
- Aluminum-profile edge-lit family: 22W/25W/32W, DC24V, 40.7×17mm housing and 14°×47° optics; specify length and wire exit.
Can outer frame size alone determine the LED layout?
No. The visible opening, obscured border, internal supports and graphic material also matter. Use the actual frame drawing and a finished sample before accepting the source arrangement.
Before ordering
These are internal light sources, not complete retail fixtures. Disconnect power before service. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity; confirm power and hardware separately. The featured 10W DC-plug bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks. Do not transfer the limit to other models.
