Quote the lightbox assembly with a clear parts schedule
Separate the printed face, frame, internal LED bars, wiring and external DC24V driver in the proposal. State the exact bar model, length, fixed color-temperature option and pack quantity. A long high-output bar may suit a large frame, while a shorter format may suit smaller panels; confirm the layout in a sample rather than calculating quantity from watts alone.
Define acceptance before placing a project order
Ask the buyer to approve an assembled sample with the intended graphic and frame depth. Record the required appearance at the viewing distance, access to the driver and LED mounting, and the parts that are included in the quote. Product listings do not certify the complete sign or its compliance with local project requirements. Agree the installation and electrical responsibilities with the project team.

Does the advertised bar output specify the brightness of a finished sign?
Lumens describe the light bar, not the luminance of the assembled graphic. Frame size, print transmission and optical layout change the result. Use the actual project sample for acceptance; this collection does not promise a universal bar count or finished-sign brightness.
