Light + Building includes shop lighting and lighting components. For indoor retail-lightbox projects, compare internal LED sources alongside a service-access plan. Browse all LED Modules below.
Plan access before closing the frame
Record how the graphic or access panel is removed, with power disconnected. Check whether mounting points and connectors remain reachable in the installed display. Confirm the clearance needed to remove a bar without using its wires as handles.
Keep a model-specific service record
Record the bar model, mounting method, polarity, connector and cable route. Review replacement access with the frame supplier before procurement. An accessible connector does not establish electrical compatibility; do not assume tool-free maintenance or replacement while energized.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 7W mini edge-lit bar: 200×23×16mm, DC24V, 770lm and standard 20°×60° optics; verify available mounting and removal space.
- 10W DC-plug edge-lit bar: 360×26×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° optics and dual-end DC sockets.
- Aluminum-profile edge-lit family: 22W/25W/32W, DC24V, 40.7×17mm housing and 14°×47° optics; specify length and wire exit.
Does a small LED bar automatically make a lightbox easy to service?
No. Access depends on the assembled frame, graphic removal, fasteners and cable route. Check these together with the selected bar before ordering.
Before ordering
These are internal light sources, not complete retail fixtures. Disconnect power before service. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity; confirm power and hardware separately. The featured 10W DC-plug bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks. Do not transfer the limit to other models.
Send the frame section, access-panel or graphic-removal method, mounting photos, cable route, LED model and project quantity through our contact page.
