Lightbox component enquiry worksheet

What the sheet records

• Job reference and the cabinet's internal width, height and depth.
• Face material, face count and orientation.
• Proposed lighting layout, including an option to mark it as unconfirmed.
• Component and driver references, quantities and control requests.
• Required date, delivery destination, drawings and other files available for review.

How to use it

1. Save a copy for the job and enter the details you already know.
2. Leave unresolved questions visible. Keep the graphic's finished size distinct from the cabinet's usable internal dimensions.
3. Send the saved sheet with the relevant drawings and datasheets to your supplier for review.

The form has 23 blank fields. It is a request checklist, not an approved lighting design. Module selection, electrical compatibility and any installation requirements still need to be checked for the actual cabinet and project.
