Shipping Destinations: We ship to supported destinations worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Israel, Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland. For any destination not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time: Most customers receive their orders within 8–18 business days after placing an order. Delivery dates are estimates and international shipments may be delayed by customs inspection, carrier disruption, or events outside our control.

Shipping Carriers: We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other reliable international carriers selected according to destination and service availability.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for supported destinations shown as eligible on the storefront or at checkout. For destinations or services not expressly covered, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and cost.

Customs and Import Duties: For supported destinations shown with “Free Shipping · Duties Included,” we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and cover applicable customs duties and import taxes. The checkout amount is the final price for those destinations. For other destinations, duties, taxes, handling fees, or customs charges may apply; contact us before ordering for confirmation.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
