LASER World of PHOTONICS Booth Lighting

Plan booth lighting for LASER World of PHOTONICS exhibitors. This collection is selected for laser systems, optics, imaging, sensors, biophotonics, integrated photonics, manufacturing and research exhibitors who need precision components and technical graphics to look clear without disturbing optical demonstrations.

Choose lighting for your photonics booth

Display requirement Recommended light Why it fits
Standard booth, component case, reception or graphic wall 25W LED booth light, 3250lm Long head and broad 120° beam cover wide graphics, counters and multiple components.
Optical coatings, metal housings, samples and changing camera scenes 25W Tri-CCT booth light Switchable color temperature helps test contrast across reflective, dark and light materials.
Tall wall, large island, dark enclosure or strong ambient lighting 50W linkable booth light, 5500lm Higher output supports greater height and large presentation zones when carefully isolated from experiments.
Temporary frame, pipe, profile or approved overhead point Compatible clamp or bracket Flexible mounting positions light without drilling finished structures.

Photonics exhibition pain points

  • Optical experiments are sensitive to stray light: illuminate graphics and visitor areas without directing booth light into beam paths, detectors or dark enclosures.
  • Lenses and coated optics reflect: adjustable arms move hotspots away from components, cameras and visitor sightlines.
  • Small components need scale and detail: broad angled light reveals mounts, connectors and product form.
  • Machine-vision and imaging demonstrations can be affected: test exposure, white balance, flicker and sensor performance with the operating system.
  • Technical graphics carry the sales story: even coverage helps visitors scan wavelengths, performance data and applications quickly.

25W or 50W?

Start with 25W for standard booths. The 3250lm model is the priority for approximately 3 m graphics, component cases, counters and meeting areas. Choose Tri-CCT when one kit must suit coatings, metal housings and camera-visible samples.

Use 50W selectively for tall walls, large islands, dark structures or strong ambient lighting. More output is not automatically better near optical systems; confirm height, spacing, direction, shielding, detectors and reflections.

Before ordering

  1. Measure graphics, cases, demonstration benches and mounting height.
  2. Photograph or identify the stand profile so clamp or bracket compatibility can be checked.
  3. Mark optical paths, sensors, cameras, dark zones, reflective parts and audience sightlines.
  4. Select the correct EU plug and confirm Messe München and stand-contractor electrical and safety rules.
  5. For linkable layouts, design for up to 10 compatible units per run, then reduce the practical quantity according to cable length, load, installation and venue requirements.

Test before the show: operate the actual optical, camera or sensor demonstration when confirming booth-light positions.

Need help choosing? Send BoothLights dimensions, renderings or photos, mounting profile, destination country and quantity.
