We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the LED lighting product must be:

  • Undamaged and in working condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Free from signs of installation, modification, or misuse

Proof of purchase is required.

We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

How to Start a Return: Email us at info@boothlights.com before shipping anything back. Once your return request is approved, ship the item to: Tongji Building, No.99 Huli Avenue, Huli District, Xiamen 361000, Fujian, China. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, BOOTH LIGHTS will cover the return shipping cost or offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items: Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@boothlights.com immediately with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom and OEM/ODM orders are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

European Union: Orders shipped to the EU are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is undamaged and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
