Display Clamp Light — Clamp-On LED Lights for Display Panels & Booth Frames
Display Clamp Light
A display clamp light is an LED fixture that attaches to a display panel, frame rail, or booth structure using a mechanical clamp — no drilling, no permanent installation, no tools required. The clamp is the defining feature: it allows the light to be repositioned, removed, and reused across different displays and booth configurations without leaving any marks or damage.
How the Clamp Mechanism Works
BOOTH LIGHTS display clamp lights use a screw-tightened jaw clamp with a rubber-lined interior. To mount: open the jaw by loosening the thumbscrew, position the jaw around the frame rail or panel edge, and tighten the thumbscrew until the clamp grips firmly. The rubber lining prevents scratching on aluminum, steel, and painted surfaces. To remove: loosen the thumbscrew and lift off. The entire process takes under 30 seconds.
Universal Clamp Compatibility
The clamp jaw opens to 40 mm, accommodating the full range of display frame profiles used in trade show and exhibition environments: octanorm aluminum extrusions (typically 30–40 mm), pop-up display steel tubes (10–18 mm), tension fabric frame rails (20–30 mm), pegboard edges (15–25 mm), and slatwall panel edges (18–25 mm).
Display Clamp Light vs. Display Arm Light
A display clamp light mounts the LED head directly at the clamp point — the light shines from wherever the clamp attaches. A display arm light adds an arm between the clamp and the LED head, allowing the light to be positioned away from the clamp point. Choose a clamp light when the clamp position is already where you want the light. Choose an arm light when you need to offset the light from the clamp position.
Applications
Display clamp lights are used on retail display shelving, trade show panel frames, exhibition stand uprights, pegboard and slatwall displays, museum and gallery display cases, and portable display systems for events and pop-up shops.

Frequently Asked Questions
What surfaces can a display clamp light attach to?
Any rigid surface between 8 and 40 mm thick: aluminum extrusions, steel tubes, wooden shelves, panel edges, pegboard, and slatwall. The rubber-lined jaw grips without scratching on all these materials.
Will a display clamp light damage my display frame?
No. The rubber-lined jaw distributes clamping pressure evenly and prevents point contact that could dent or scratch the frame surface. BOOTH LIGHTS clamp lights are safe for use on anodized aluminum, powder-coated steel, and painted surfaces.
Can I use a display clamp light on a glass shelf?
No. Glass shelves require a different mounting method. Display clamp lights are designed for rigid frame profiles and panel edges, not glass surfaces.
How is a display clamp light different from a clip-on light?
A clamp light uses a screw-tightened jaw for a secure, adjustable grip on thicker frame profiles (up to 40 mm). A clip-on light uses spring tension and is typically limited to thinner surfaces (under 15 mm). For trade show frames, a clamp light provides more secure attachment.
