Display lighting specifications: arm lights and lightbox modules
An arm light for a stand graphic and an LED bar fitted inside a fabric lightbox are different purchasing items. A wattage or a product length does not tell a stand builder what is included, how the light is powered, or when its colour temperature must be chosen.
This supplier reference uses BOOTH LIGHTS product specifications checked on 30 October 2026. The figures below are declared product values, rather than independent test results.
Decide whether the graphic needs external or internal lighting
An arm light projects light onto a graphic from outside. A lightbox module is a component placed inside the frame. Start with the display construction, then compare products within that task. The declared lumens of an internal module and a complete arm light do not establish that either will produce the same illumination on a finished graphic.
Three 25W lights, two ways to choose colour temperature
Our two Tri-CCT arm lights let the user select one of three settings: 3000K, 4500K or 6000K. Our 3,250-lumen model instead has a fixed colour temperature chosen when ordering; its cool option is 6500K. Three selectable settings do not mean continuous colour adjustment or brightness dimming. The linear model also has a different published AC input range.
| Product | Declared light output | Colour temperature | Input | Ordering detail |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25W compact Tri-CCT arm light | 2,500 lm | Buttons select 3000 / 4500 / 6000K | AC85–245V | Silver or black |
| 25W linear Tri-CCT arm light | 2,500 lm | Switch selects 3000 / 4500 / 6000K | AC85–265V | Black or white; standard arm 400mm |
| 25W fixed-CCT arm light | 3,250 lm | Choose 3000 / 4500 / 6500K when ordering | AC85–245V | Black or gray; CCT is fixed after ordering |
| 12W / 18W lightbox LED module | 1,320 / 1,980 lm per module | Fixed options: 2700–3200 / 4200–4500 / 6500–7000K | DC24V | 470 × 23 × H16mm; constant-voltage driver excluded |
For the module, H16mm includes the lens
The module's published envelope is 470mm long, 23mm wide and 16mm high overall. The 16mm dimension includes the lens; it is not the thickness of the circuit board. When checking a frame drawing, compare the mounting width and overall height as well as the bar length, and allow for the actual wiring arrangement.
The drawing shows only the published outer envelope. Lens positions, mounting holes, connector dimensions and manufacturing tolerances are not specified in it. Frame compatibility needs the actual frame drawing and selected assembly.
Compare a complete fixture with a complete fixture
Our standard 25W arm-light configurations include a mains cord, linking cable and clamp. The DC24V module is supplied as an LED bar with two metal screws; its constant-voltage driver is separate. Include the required components when comparing a module-based lightbox with a complete fixture.
For example, ten 12W modules have a nominal total of 120W; ten 18W modules total 180W. These are nominal sums of the selected module ratings, not measurements of the finished lightbox's AC input. Driver selection, cable sizing, permissible connections and the finished assembly still need their own checks.
Give the builder the dimensions that affect the installation
For a lightbox, provide the internal dimensions and depth, illuminated faces, fabric, mounting surfaces and proposed module positions. For an arm light, provide the graphic size, mounting position, frame section and available projection. Confirm the selected plug, clamp and electrical arrangement for the destination and venue before ordering.
