Booth Lighting Kit Handoff Sheet

A lighting list can say what was bought and still leave the installation team guessing which fixture goes where. This free, one-page handoff sheet puts the fixture reference, stand position and packing information in the same record.

For exhibit builders, exhibition designers and installation teams moving a lighting kit from planning to packing, site setup or the next show. It has 28 fillable fields and four fixture rows. Use extra copies when the kit needs more rows.

What to record

  • Project, show, booth and drawing revision.
  • A fixture ID and product reference, with the quantity and unit.
  • The position or aiming reference on the stand drawing.
  • The mounting and instruction references supplied for the job.
  • The case number and accessories, so the packing record follows the fixture.
  • Open items, their owners and dates, plus the people handing over and receiving the kit.

Use it at the handoff

  1. Give each fixture or group an ID that also appears in the drawing and packing list.
  2. Record the references already agreed for the job. Write “pending” for an open item and name the person or team who will resolve it.
  3. Save a copy with the drawing, packing list and supplied instructions. Review the references again if the stand layout or lighting kit changes.

The sheet can record arm lights and other booth fixtures. It keeps the coordination details together; installation decisions and electrical sign-off stay with the responsible professionals.

You can fill it in with a PDF reader or print a blank copy. It does not submit your project details to BOOTH LIGHTS.
